1. the promise
If a creator does not answer your question within 48 hours, or declines it, you get a full refund. Automatically. You never have to ask, chase, or fill in a form.
The reply-or-refund guarantee is the core of QPop. Your payment is collected upfront by our payment partner, and the creator only earns it by actually answering you within the window.
2. what you get, and when
QPop sells a digital service: a personal written answer from the creator you asked. There is nothing physical to ship, so there are no delivery charges and no shipping address.
Delivery happens in one of two ways, always within 48 hours of your payment. Either the creator publishes an answer, which appears on their public profile and is emailed to you, or the window passes without an answer and your payment is refunded in full. There is no third outcome.
3. when you are refunded
- The creator declines your question. The refund is initiated when they decline. Creators can pass on any question, and passing always refunds you in full.
- The 48-hour window lapses without an answer. The refund is initiated automatically, typically within 24 hours of the deadline passing. This applies even if the creator had accepted your question but did not publish an answer in time.
- A payment fails partway. If money was collected but your question could not be placed, for example a network failure mid-payment, the amount is refunded automatically by our recovery process.
4. when you are not refunded
Once a creator has published an answer within the window, the service you paid for has been delivered and the payment is final. Not liking an answer, or an answer being shorter than you hoped, is not grounds for a refund. Creators answer in their own voice, and you are paying for their genuine reply, not a guaranteed outcome.
If an answer violates our community guidelines, report it and we will review. Refunds for violating content are at our discretion.
5. how refunds are paid
- Refunds are always for the full amount you paid, to your original payment method.
- After a refund is initiated, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5 to 7 business days.
- You receive an email confirmation for every refund.
6. cancellations
Because an answer can arrive at any moment inside the window, a placed question cannot be cancelled by the person who asked it. If you asked by mistake, contact us at support@qpop.app quickly. If the creator has not answered yet, we will ask them to decline it, which refunds you in full.
7. problems
If a refund you expected has not arrived after 7 business days, write to support@qpop.app with the email address you used and the approximate date of payment. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
