1. the spirit of the place

QPop is real people paying real people for real replies, with names attached and answers published in public. Ask questions you would say to someone face to face. Answer like someone paid you to be honest, because they did.

There is no anonymity on QPop. Every question carries the display name of the person who asked, and every published answer is a public, permanent part of a creator profile. That visibility is the point, and it comes with rules.

2. not allowed, anywhere, from anyone

  • Harassment and hate: attacks, slurs, threats, bullying, or content demeaning people for who they are. Paying for a question does not buy the right to abuse someone.
  • Illegal content: anything that breaks Indian law, including content that sexualises minors (zero tolerance, reported to the authorities), incites violence, or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Doxxing and privacy invasion: publishing private information such as addresses, phone numbers or documents, or questions designed to extract it.
  • Impersonation: claiming a username or presenting a page as someone you are not.
  • Sexual content: QPop is not a platform for sexually explicit content or solicitation.
  • Spam and manipulation: repetitive junk questions, engagement schemes, or using the payment flow for anything other than genuinely asking a question, including money laundering or testing stolen payment instruments.

3. for people asking

  • Your question becomes public if answered, with your display name on it. Do not include personal details you would not want published.
  • Creators may decline any question, for any reason, and you are refunded in full. A decline is not an invitation to re-send the same question repeatedly.

4. for creators

  • Answer genuinely. Fans pay for your honest reply. Copy-paste answers, one-word replies to substantive questions, or answers designed to game the system undermine the trust the whole platform runs on.
  • Decline what you do not want to answer instead of answering badly. Declining is free, refunds the fan, and is always acceptable.
  • Do not use your page to sell anything other than answers, or to move transactions off the platform.

5. enforcement

Creators can decline or report any question from their inbox; reporting refunds the fan and flags the content to us. Anyone can report published content by writing to support@qpop.app. We aim to act on reports within 48 hours; unlawful content is handled within the timelines Indian law prescribes.

Depending on severity, we may warn the account, remove content, refund transactions, pause the page, suspend the account, or report to the authorities. If you believe we got a moderation decision wrong, raise it with our grievance officer, named in the terms of service.
